Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to our insurance agents and members in our branch offices. You will assist members with questions, payments, counseling, and changes to Property & Casualty policies.

We offer comprehensive training and a strong benefits package, with a starting hourly wage of $21.63-$23.79 and an incentive program based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
