The Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Internet Insurance Service Specialist to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's Web Insurance Agents and Members. You will assist members with questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to their Property & Casualty insurance policies.

Qualifications

1-3 years customer service or sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a sales environment strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization and customer relationships.
