Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to our insurance agents and members in branch offices. Responsibilities include assisting members with questions, payments, counseling, and making changes to Property & Casualty policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer service.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
