You will analyze clients’ risk and coverage needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate terms with underwriters, and help policyholders with claims. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, high activity in prospecting, and alignment with the agency’s client-first culture and ESOP ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of insurance experience and/or business sales experience; or equivalent combination.
• Must hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain such within 90 days of employment.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License and be able to obtain insurance designations as per the organization's plan.

Aufgaben

• Sells insurance to new and current clients.
• Analyze clients’ insurance and risk needs and develop strategies.
• Directs sales in the placement of coverages and negotiates coverages and premiums with underwriters.
• Helps policyholders settle insurance claims in the event of a loss.
• Anticipates future needs and renews/upgrades accounts; builds long-term relationships with clients and underwriters.
