Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related insurance experience.
• Must hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Must be able to obtain insurance designations as per the organization’s education plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily client/policy services by managing phone calls and emails and attending meetings.
• Maintain agency management database with current information and update underwriting data as needed.
• Assist in open enrollment meetings and enrollment paperwork for employees.
• Identify opportunities for potential up-selling of accounts and coordinate with Renewal Marketer when applicable.
