Qualifications

• Must have a Texas property and casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain it within 90 days.
• Experience in agency account management software required.
• Ability to respond to clients’ complaints and queries.

Responsibilities

• Network and build relationships with potential clients.
• Understand individual client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to insurance policies.
• Stay updated with changes in insurance products and regulations.
• Maintain records of sold insurance policies and prospective clients.
• Address and resolve clients’ complaints professionally.
