Insurance Group of Nevada Corp is seeking a licensed Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance Agent who is sales-driven and service-focused to join our growing team. This role emphasizes long-term client relationships and delivering five-star customer experiences.

You'll work in a hybrid environment with access to multiple carriers, providing tailored personal and commercial coverage, handling renewals and endorsements while staying compliant with Nevada regulations and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty license (P&C).
• Sales and customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Prospect, quote, and bind personal and/or commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies; identify coverage gaps; meet/exceed sales, retention, and revenue goals; cross-sell/add lines where appropriate.
• Client Service & Account Management: Deliver five-star service; maintain relationships; manage renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews; assist with billing questions.
• Insurance & Compliance Duties: Collect/analyze underwriting info; ensure policies comply with Nevada regulations; stay current on carrier guidelines and licensing requirements.
• Professional Representation: Act as a trusted advisor; coordinate with carriers; maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
