Accessible Space is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for an apartment building in Reno, NV. The position offers a rent-free unit and a pay rate of $19 - $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Work independently.
• Effective communication orally and in writing.
• Availability for general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs.
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers.
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks.
• Implement required unit and building inspections.
• Perform routine errands.
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work.
