Accessible Space is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for an apartment building in Reno, NV. The position offers a rent-free unit and a pay rate of $19 - $20 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have experience in minor building repairs, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills. Benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, and retirement savings plan, among others.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Work independently.
• Effective communication orally and in writing.
• Availability for general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs.
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers.
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks.
• Implement required unit and building inspections.
• Perform routine errands.
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work.
