Qualifications

• Effective communication with residents, management, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property regularly to remove litter and hazards and report safety issues.
• Maintain cleanliness in offices, laundry, recreation, mail rooms, stairways, and parking areas.
• Carry out Trash Out procedures and proper disposal of abandoned items.
• Perform landscaping tasks, including cleaning, raking, and snow removal as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant apartments and light maintenance tasks.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance team.
