RHM Real Estate Group is seeking a dependable Custodial Technician to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal at a multifamily property in Cleveland, OH. The role involves indoor and outdoor tasks, trash removal, and resident-facing duties in a collaborative team setting.

Candidates should be capable of physical labor, snow removal, and basic maintenance support. Compensation starts at $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with full-time, hourly, non-exempt employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical and manual labor daily.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property frequently to remove litter and debris.
• Identify and report safety hazards throughout the property.
• Keep common areas clean, orderly, and litter-free.
• Perform trash outs after resident move-outs.
• Clean, rake, and use blowers on shrub areas and walkways.
• Shovel snow and other debris as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-ready and light painting tasks.
• Provide support with maintenance tasks as directed.
