Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, with monthly bonuses related to occupancy and retention. Alternating weekends required. Prior property maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in property maintenance, grounds keeping, or a related field.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of common areas including carpet cleaning, light bulb replacement, and trash collection.
• Minor landscaping tasks such as leaf blowing and power washing.
• Keep trash and recycling areas clean and organized.
