Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community in College Station. This full-time role supports interior and exterior common areas and contributes to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

This position offers 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm) with occasional weekend shifts, paying $14–$14.50 per hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision,

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors

• LOCATION: College Station
• SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Every other week would work on weekends 4 hours each day (4 hours Saturday, 4 hours Sunday)
• PAY RATE: $14 - $14.50 per hour

Requirements

Preferred Experience

• Previous porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred
