The role emphasizes client service, accurate administration, and ongoing horticultural knowledge, with on-site work and occasional schedule variation to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Horticulture or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape installation from planning to completion on many projects.
• Establish a holistic property management strategy and design for each client.
• Proactively propose and execute projects to meet sales goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and on-site staff.
• Serve as the client’s primary contact and safeguard relationships.
• Ensure administrative duties are delivered efficiently and accurately.
• Master the use of company software and balance maintenance with sales duties.
• Keep knowledge current in horticulture and project management.
