Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Horticulture or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant landscape management experience.
• Strong sales emphasis with ability to balance client service and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute all major management aspects of landscape installation from planning through completion.
• Establish a holistic property management strategy and design for each client.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors on-site.
• Serve as primary client contact and safeguard relationships.
• Ensure timely, high-quality administrative duties and client communications.
