Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, landscaping, building operations, or skilled-trade experience preferred.
• General working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, mechanical systems, and common building repairs.
• Comfortable safely using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and common maintenance equipment.
• Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize repairs, and manage multiple maintenance priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship with guest-service focus.
• Dependable attendance and calm, resourceful problem-solving in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance and Repairs: conduct property walks, identify concerns, and complete repairs to protect guests and property.
• Troubleshoot and complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs within skill level.
• Respond to work orders promptly with quality craftsmanship and accurate documentation.
