Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, landscaping, building operations, or skilled-trade experience preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and related systems.
• Comfortable safely using hand tools and power tools in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property walks and preventative inspections, identifying maintenance, safety, lighting, equipment, and presentation concerns before they affect guests.
• Troubleshoot and complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, furniture, fixture, and general repairs within skill level.
• Respond to requests and complete work orders promptly with quality craftsmanship, finish work, and accurate documentation.
• Greet guests warmly and perform work in public or occupied rooms professionally, respecting privacy.
• Maintain organized tools, equipment, replacement parts, and logs, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
