Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Experience with basic door repair, HVAC filter changes, carpentry and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong vendor-management, communication, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments while maintaining property assets.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service results.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building assets (Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety, Electrical).
• Lead and train store teams on safety procedures.
• Assist in emergency situations with store and field leaders.
