Role Description

The customer service rep is a full-time, on-site role based in Hialeah, FL. This role is responsible for advising clients on property insurance options, reviewing requirements sent by insurance carrier and recommending various tools that need to be taken by the insured.

Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of policies and renewals. The customer service rep will collaborate with team and follow up on requirements sent by insurance companies.

Support claim-related inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and renewals. The role also involves working closely with the agency’s team to contribute to sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and support ongoing client retention efforts.
