• Help clients with audits; complete this year's sales figures against last year sales given.
• Relevant insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required state licenses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hialeah, FL and collaborate effectively with a bilingual team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when preparing quotes, policies, and documentation.
• Basic proficiency with office software and agency management systems.
