Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance/Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review billing instructions for completeness and accuracy and submit billing requests.
• Maintain accurate information in Smartsheet and ensure correct coding in the system.
• Deliver invoices to clients and track payments with Receivables team.
• Support timely payments with Payables and respond to inquiries and extensions.
• Resolve billing issues during renewal and non-renewal periods and communicate updates to teams.
• Develop and maintain billing procedures and templates.
