Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at Woodspring Suites in Miami, FL!

About the Role:

Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing various hotel responsibilities, including general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders, performing light electrical and plumbing work, preventative maintenance, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and providing orders to management.
• Housekeeping: Prepping rooms, removing linens and trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols and ensuring security.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders regularly.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
