In this entry-level position, you will handle administrative functions related to the daily operations of the association portfolio and provide project support. Responsibilities include managing work orders, coordinating vendor services, and maintaining logs and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and familiarity with associations is required. This is a full-time position in the Sales and Management function.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with associations required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and track association work orders in ANGUS.
• Initiate vendor dispatch for service requests.
• Log operating property work orders in ANGUS system.
• Coordinate vendor and owner access for services.
• Follow up with vendors for work order completion.
• Prepare property work order reports for inspections.
• Maintain preventative maintenance tracking in ANGUS.
