Qualifications

• 1+ years property management experience required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands.
• Experience with delinquent rent collections preferred.
• Proactive in resident service and community maintenance.
• CAM/CAPS/NALP/CALP designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in leasing, collections, resident services, revenue growth, and compliance.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to promote the property.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive resident retention.
• Set expectations for timely payments and minimize delinquencies.
• Collaborate with maintenance to meet property goals and step in during absences.
