Job summary

Palms Associates in Charleston, SC is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the lease process to move-in.

You will support marketing initiatives, maintain resident relationships, and ensure move-in readiness while addressing resident needs; weekend rotation is required.

• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly.
