Job summary

Palms Pointe Apartments & Townhomes – Savannah, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, tour properties, and guide them through the leasing process to move-in. You will build resident relationships, support marketing efforts, and manage applications to ensure readiness and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring leasing/marketing experience, a strong service mindset, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• High-energy, team player for a fast-paced environment.
• Leasing and marketing experience preferred.
• Customer service-driven professional.
• Sales mindset with strong closing ability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work some rotating weekends (excluding Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts.
• Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly.
