Job summary

The Salvation Army seeks a Property Asset Management Administrator to manage GAAP-based accounting for multiple properties, support capital projects, maintain Archibus CMMS systems, and deliver accurate financial reporting.

You will oversee depreciation, budgets, and process improvements, collaborating with divisions to ensure compliance and optimize operations; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; equivalent experience considered.
• Seven years accounting experience, preferably in commercial property management and construction accounting.
• Strong knowledge of real estate software such as Archibus, Acumatica, QuickBooks, or AvidXchange.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor capital asset project work orders and provide monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain CMMS program and provide Archibus/CMMS support.
• Prepare forecasts for capital spending and depreciation; enter journal entries for fixed assets and balance sheets.
• Review and improve operating practices, SLAs, and performance metrics annually.
• Collaborate with divisions/commands to implement Archibus and develop multi-year budgets.
