Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Property Asset Management Administrator to maintain GAAP-based property accounting, manage capital projects, and optimize CMMS processes across the Territory. You will reconcile capital investments, support Archibus software, and collaborate with divisions on multi-year budgets.

This role requires seven+ years in accounting, real estate experience, and strong Excel and ERP skills, with 20-50% travel.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of progressively increased accounting experience, preferably in commercial property management and construction accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software including Archibus/Acumatica/QuickBooks/AvidXchange.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor capital asset project work orders and provide monthly reconciliations for capital investments and related depreciation.
• Maintain the CMMS program and provide Archibus support as primary liaison for the Territory.
• Review maintenance programs and SLAs to improve service delivery and measure performance.
