Job summary

The Salvation Army in Illinois is seeking a Property Asset Management Administrator to turn property data, capital projects, and systems into meaningful financial outcomes. You'll manage GL accounts, GAAP compliance, and provide management with key financial information.

The role requires seven years accounting in real estate, proficiency with Archibus and CMMS, and strong Excel. Travel up to 20-50%. This is full-time, on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Valid driver's license with MVR clearance.
• 7+ years accounting experience, preferably in property/real estate.
• Experience with Archibus, Acumatica, QuickBooks or AvidXchange.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in real estate/property management.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor capital asset project work orders and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain CMMS program and support Archibus as liaison.
• Prepare forecasts for capital spending and depreciation.
• Enter journal entries for fixed assets and balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure financial reports tie to general ledger.
• Develop property records and integrate acquisitions.
