Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• 7+ years of progressively increased accounting experience; preferably in property management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Archibus CMMS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor capital asset project work orders and provide monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain CMMS program and serve as liaison for the Territory.
• Prepare forecasts for capital spending and depreciation; record journal entries.
• Ensure financial reports tie to the general ledger and manage property records.
