Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Property Asset Management Administrator in Hoffman Estates, IL to manage GAAP reporting, capital projects, and CMMS processes for multiple properties. You will analyze financial records, prepare statements, and provide cash flow insights to support decision making.

Key duties include capital project work orders, Archibus CMMS liaison, annual budget collaboration, and continuous process improvements to asset data, while mentoring staff and ensuring nonprofit GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in accounting, preferably in property/real estate.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor capital asset project work orders and provide monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain CMMS program and provide Archibus/CMMS support.
• Prepare forecasts for capital spending and depreciation and input journal entries.
