Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on, day-to-day full-cycle accounts receivable
• 2+ years in property management preferred
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Independent, self-starter, able to work with limited supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication; professional interpersonal skills
• Occasional overtime as required
• Flexible, positive attitude and adaptability to company goals

Responsibilities

• Process and post rent payments, deposits, and tenant charges
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on prepaid/delinquent accounts
• Coordinate with property managers on ledger charges and adjustments
• Generate AR and collection reports for management
• Support audits with requested financial documentation
