Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Property Accounting Clerk (AP focused) in Bergen County, NJ, to join a growing real estate and property management organization. The role offers full-time, onsite work with a compensation range of $60,000–$70,000 per year.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on accounting, strong full-cycle AP experience, and is ready to contribute to monthly close and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience.
• Demonstrated full-cycle AP in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting, accruals, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume AP transactions (250+ invoices per week).
• Perform full-cycle AP: entry, coding, approvals, payments, reconciliations.
• Review invoices for accuracy and properallocation; support AR activities as needed.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Enter journal entries and maintain accurate records; support GL analysis.
