Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with 3-way matching.
• Experience working with purchase orders and receiving documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment.
• Perform detailed 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor invoices.
• Enter and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and pricing/quantity variances.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice issues.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records.
• Assist with month-end close and AP-related reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
