About The Role


As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

Working onsite in lower New York City, NY USA.

What You'll Do


  • Work with Property Managers to find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
  • Verify the database of management, insurance, tenant and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
  • Review and code vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
  • Support the contract and RFP execution process.
  • Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Facilitates communication of standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
  • Manage the client termination process.
  • May participate in the Property Management internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive attitude.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum base salary for the Property Administrator is $65,000 per year, and the maximum base salary is $75,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.This role will provide the following benefits: 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
