Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Administrator to coordinate a range of departmental and financial activities for the Property Management function. You will support operating buildings on behalf of a client, working with property managers to improve service delivery and maintain data integrity across systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Property Managers to improve service delivery to customers.
  • Verify databases for management, insurance, tenant and leasing information.
  • Review and code vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, and ARs.
  • Support contract and RFP execution processes.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and compliance with policy and laws.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, and governance.

What You'll Do
  • Work with Property Managers to find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
  • Verify the database of management, insurance, tenant and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
  • Review and code vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
  • Support the contract and RFP execution process.
  • Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Facilitates communication of standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
  • Manage the client termination process.
  • May participate in the Property Management internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive attitude.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
