Job summary

CFS in Boston, MA seeks an experienced Property Accounting Supervisor to join the finance team. The role combines leadership of staff with ownership of monthly and year-end close, tenant billing accuracy, CAM reconciliations, and lease-related accounting.

The position offers a hybrid schedule and a path for growth within a reputable real estate organization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial real estate accounting, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Yardi or MRI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience within commercial real estate.
• Retail commercial property accounting experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or MRI software is required.
