Property Accountant
Location: Needham, MA (100% on-site, 5 days/week)
Salary: $65,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties
• Complete account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable activity
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audit requests
• Maintain accurate records within Yardi and ensure data integrity
• Partner with property management teams on financial reporting and operational matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within commercial real estate
• Experience with Yardi software strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
