The role requires interaction with top leadership and direct collaboration with the CFO on reporting initiatives and process improvements, with exposure to executive leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property accounting, real estate, or REIT experience.
• Strong financial reporting, month-end close, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working directly with executives in a lean, growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead property accounting and monthly financial reporting across a real estate portfolio.
• Review operating results, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for assigned properties.
• Partner directly with the CFO on reporting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
• Support cash management, treasury functions, and recurring financial reporting requirements.
• Drive accounting process enhancements across multiple business units.
