Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related field or internship preferred.
• MRI software knowledge a plus; general ledger and cash receipts experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financials for assigned properties.
• Prepare year-end audit packages.
• Reconcile and analyze escrow accounts.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Ensure timely payment of loans, real estate taxes, and insurance.
• Monitor and manage cash balances for properties.
• Conduct annual internal property audits.
• Collaborate with departments for issue resolution.
