Qualifications

• 5–6 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain monthly property financial activity including rental income and vacancies.
• Prepare journal entries and manage accounts payable and accrued expenses.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate mortgage payments and real estate tax payments.
• Review GL activity, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate records.
• Prepare periodic financial reporting packages for lenders and investors.
• Develop year-end workpapers and coordinate audits across the portfolio.
• Support budgeting for non-operating expenses and process improvements.
