Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Experience with MRI or Yardi real estate software.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and prepare supporting accounting workpapers.
• Compile, analyze, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare, review, and audit journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare client-specific financial workpapers in accordance with guidelines.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
