Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience in multi-family property accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review daily financial transactions for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain orderly accounting records and vendor files.
• Perform full cycle AP, AR, and GL accounting.
• Execute month-end close procedures and reconciliations.
• Assist with budget/forecast loading and reporting.
• Support audits and debt covenant compliance requests.
