GVA Property Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Property Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for our multi-family portfolio. You will handle AP, AR, GL, month-end close, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

Collaborate with property management and vendors, prepare month-end and quarterly reports, and assist with budgets and forecasts while maintaining professional integrity and teamwork.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 5+ years in multi-family property accounting.
• Strong Excel and Word proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Process full cycle AP, AR, and GL for multi-family properties.
• Review daily financial transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare month-end close and bank reconciliations.
• Assist controller with audit requests and debt covenant inquiries.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
