Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university.
• 2 years of property management accounting experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of HUD requirements and LIHTC programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger postings, tenant ledger adjustments, and reimbursement corrections.
• Adhere to month-end close process and review property financial activity.
• Assist in budgets and regulatory accounting reporting for LIHTC projects.
• Prepare month-end accruals, write-offs, re-classes, and corrections.
• Reconcile security deposit accounts and provide variance analysis.
