Job summary

PMP Management is seeking a motivated Property Accountant for our Orange County Division. The ideal candidate will prepare timely monthly financials, reconcile statements, and support the property management team with accurate accounting processes.

We value detail-oriented professionals who can manage deadlines under pressure, communicate clearly, and collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve accounting issues. HOA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property accounting experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Experience with Zoom and MS Teams.
• Experience with Vantaca or other property management accounting software.
• Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 25+ monthly financials by designated due dates.
• Reconcile multiple monthly bank statements for each client.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and prepare summaries.
• Monitor bank balances for FDIC issues and funding needs.
• Post journal entries as needed and maintain electronic filing.
• Create budget templates and update budgets for properties.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to resolve accounting issues.
