Job summary

Carleton Living is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering accurate financial reporting for a portfolio of properties.

You will collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders, perform bank reconciliations, manage AP/AR, conduct cash flow analysis, and assist in budgets and forecasts to maintain the financial health of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in property accounting or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with RealPage/Onesite preferred.
