Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $85-$95k + Discretionary Bonus

Position Overview

The Property Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and accounting functions for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role will collaborate closely with property management teams and finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance requirements.
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA certification or eligibility is a plus.
• Continuing education in real estate accounting or property management is advantageous.
