Description of Company: Our client, a regional real estate company with HQ in Fort Lauderdale is looking to add a Senior Property Accountant to their Accounting Department. Our client is well-established in the industry yet growing rapidly.
The Senior Property Accountant will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple entities. This position involves close collaboration with investment and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and financial reporting.
