Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties.
• Complete account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable activity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audit requests.
• Maintain accurate records within Yardi and ensure data integrity.
• Partner with property management teams on financial reporting and operational matters.
